East Coast
Chowder
Recipe provided by
Donna Lailey of Lailey
Vineyard, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario
Makes
4 generous servings
The
Savvy Grapes wine suggestions:
Riesling
wines
tend to be a light white wine with citrus aromas & a refreshing taste.
Some can be slightly sweet (labeled as 'off dry'). For this recipe,
look for one that is dry,
& crisp with good acidity that would complement the delicate flavours of
the variety of seafood in this recipe.
Lailey
Vineyard is renown for their dry Riesling wine. Their wines are
only available at the winery. To order either (or both wine),
contact The Savvy Grapes directly
and we will help you make the ordering arrangements. Cheers!
