Firecracker
Shrimp with Mango Avocado Dip
Serves
4
This
was served at a cocktail party and The Savvy Grapes Accredited
Sommelier Debbie Trenholm, still raves on about this appetizer. "After
the first bite, I definitely wanted to get this recipe!" she
remembers
Wine
Suggestion:
A Viognier - The
exotic ingredients playfully complement the intense aromas & flavours
of a medium bodied Viognier white wine.
Try with the Peninsula
Ridge Viognier which is one of the few wines in Ontario made with this
'up and coming' grape variety.
This
particular wine was a wine featured in the Savvy
Selections wine of the month club. It is only available from
the winery. To order, contact The
Savvy Grapes...it is a absolutely delicious white wine!
