Accredited Sommeliers Debbie Trenholm & Susan Desjardins hosted a sold
out wine tasting featuring red wines from wineries that Susan discovered on her recent
trip to Spain. She shared her knowledge & introduced our guests to
large & small wineries that have wines that are available through LCBO
& Vintages. It
was easy to
fall in love with Internationally acclaimed Chef David Cooke of Arowhon Pines Resort in Algonquin Park created delicious Spanish tapas cuisine made with local organically grown produce to make this a special wine & food experience.
