Scotia Kitchen Party

The
Savvy Grapes, together with Nova
Scotia Tourism, hosted the 2nd
annual Nova Scotia Kitchen Party to rave reviews. The response to last year’s event was
so overwhelming that we have decided to make this an
annual event!
The
Westin’s renowned Executive Chef Nelson Borges,
will created a gourmet a ‘Down East’ six course gourmet
meal paired with a variety of Nova Scotia premium wines. VIEW
THE MENU...
The
evening was filled with Maritime entertainment including Halifax’s
Citadel Hill’s 78th Highlanders (bagpipers), Acadian step dancers
& renowned Maritime musicians.
It
was a fun night!
At
this winemaker’s dinner our guests had the opportunity to sample a
variety of Nova Scotia wines & met the people who are actively
involved in the province’s growing wine and travel industry including Gina
Haverstock, winemaker at Gaspereau
Vineyards, Halifax’s
renown Sommelier & co-owner of Valley
Wine Tours, Sean
Buckland &
a team from Nova Scotia Tourism
